Bracketron warranty
Bracketron, Inc. and Master Distributors Pty Ltd warrants these products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Bracketron, at its option, may repair or replace with new or refurbished product, any product which Bracketron determines to be defective. “Refurbished” means any product that has been returned to its original specifications. To obtain warranty services, you must deliver the product, freight prepaid, to Master Distributors at 31 Dunlop Road, Mulgrave VIC 3170. A dated purchase receipt MUST accompany the returned product.
Our goods come with guarantees which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
